    The OncoStat Same-Day Symptom Care clinic provides a range of same-day immediate care services to patients experiencing the side effects of cancer treatment. OncoStat's oncology-trained Advanced Practice Providers and Registered Nurses work in close collaboration with your trusted cancer team.

    Our specialists work together to continually improve patient care, the effectiveness of radiation treatment, and the safety of radiation technologies.

  • What types of visits does the clinic offer?

    Every patient encounter with OncoStat begins with a phone call to the clinic at (313) 725-7828 (STAT), where cancer-trained RNs assess your symptoms, and determine the appropriate next steps for care. Depending on your personalized needs, our specialists will fast track any blood work or imaging tests needed, provide medications, infusions or other treatment and get you feeling better as quickly and safely as possible.

    Types of visits we offer:

    Video visit

    Video visits are scheduled video appointments where you will speak with an oncology-trained provider through MyChart in the comfort of your home. When you call the OncoStat clinic, our team will let you know if scheduling a video visit is the best next step. Watch this short instructional video to learn how to download the mobile MyChart app (Android or iPhone) and complete a MyChart video visit.

    In-person visit

    If medical treatment is required, patients will be scheduled for an in-person appointment at one of our OncoStat locations, where they will be treated by cancer-trained APPs and RNs.
