Executive Health participants benefit from the convenience, privacy and extended time spent with our focused executive health team. Our board-certified physicians and registered nurses work together to assess each executive’s overall health and make recommendations for future care.

What to expect during an Executive Health exam
An Executive Health clinic coordinator contacts all executives to schedule their appointment. During this phone call, our coordinator will provide details about the clinic’s location, inform the patient if they should be fasting for any necessary bloodwork and will go over any age and gender specific tests that will be done that day. Casual clothing is recommended.
The executive health participant will typically spend several hours with their care team completing the necessary components of their examination. After a thorough physical examination by their physician, they are personally escorted by a team member to any diagnostic test that has been scheduled with no wait times.
Components of the Executive Health experience
Your executive will spend time discussing their health concerns and goals with a board-certified physician, followed by a comprehensive physical examination. Additional components of the exam include:
- Preventive screenings for cancer, diabetes, heart disease and other conditions, as indicated
- Discussion centered around cardiovascular fitness and exercise, behavioral health (i.e., stress, anxiety, depression) and lifestyle that contributes to overall health of the executive
- Updating recommended vaccinations and medication prescriptions, as indicated
- Personalized care plan tailored to each patient, including follow-up milestones and referrals to specialists, as indicated
- Responsive, personalized service with access to appointment coordinators to ensure a smooth, efficient experience
- Narrative report, copies of lab reports and diagnostic testing, and lifestyle recommendations
Narrative report and results mailed to the patient
After the exam and all testing is completed, a narrative report, copies of lab reports and diagnostic testing and lifestyle recommendations will be mailed directly to the executive. Billing for all services will be made directly to the company.
