A Community-Driven Effort
The success of the Henry Ford Health High School Mentorship Program is made possible through collaboration across departments, educators, healthcare professionals, community partners, and media engagement. Students consistently cite the encouragement, accessibility, and generosity of mentors as central to their experience.
By connecting students with meaningful opportunities, visible role models, and hands-on learning, the program helps young people see themselves as future healthcare professionals and equips them with the confidence to pursue that vision.
