Gentle Yoga at Henry Ford Cancer
Join us for a supportive and nurturing yoga class designed to help you relax and unwind. This gentle practice will focus on calming breathwork designed to foster a mind-body connection and increase relaxation, reduce anxiety, and increase range of motion. Movements can be performed in a chair or on a mat, helping you find balance and calm during your healing journey. Class is free and open to cancer patients, post-treatment survivors and their loved ones.
Class is led by certified Yoga instructor Markie Mullins.
