Stroke Survivorship Group- Jackson

Are you or a loved one a stroke survivor? Are you looking for a supportive community to help you navigate the challenges of life after stroke? Look no further than the Henry Ford Health Stroke Survivorship Group-Jackson.

This group is a unique opportunity for stroke survivors to come together and share their experiences, learn from one another, and find support in a community of people who understand what they’re going through.
