Henry Ford Health CME Exhibitor Opportunities

Thank you for your interest in supporting Henry Ford Health’s Continuing Medical Education (CME) events.

As an exhibitor, you will have the opportunity to be recognized at the event and interact with attendees looking to learn more about your products, services and insights. Additionally, you will have the advantage to increase brand awareness, manage existing relationships and engage new prospects.

Exhibitors will be able to host a display for the duration of the event and will be set up in a separate exhibit area outside of the educational meeting room to showcase products and services to healthcare professionals.

Exhibitor guidelines at Henry Ford Health CME Events:

  • Invitations
Formal invitations to exhibit are typically sent out 9-10 weeks before the planned symposium date, which will include the agenda or prospectus, request letter and registration instructions. Exhibit space is limited and given on a first come first served basis — early registration is advised.
  • Registration
All individuals employed by or representing a past, current or potential vendor company at Henry Ford Health must register using our exhibitor registration link (regardless of role or job title). Do not register for Henry Ford Health CME courses directly through our CME office or advise other representatives to do so.
  • Exhibitor Registration Deadline
The exhibitor registration deadline is 10 days before the symposium date. Our commercial promotion agreement must also be signed one week prior to the symposium date. Completing both the registration link and the promotional agreement before these deadlines are requirements to participate.
  • Payment Process

The amount due must be fully paid or checks must be postmarked one week prior to the symposium date.

    • For check payments, please send to: Henry Ford Health Development, 1 Ford Place Suite 5A, Attn: CME Team, Detroit, MI 48202.
    • Credit card payments may be submitted online; the link will appear after registration is complete.
    • If you are submitting payment electronically, please verify the bank account and routing number with us before sending funds.
  • Privacy Policies
Kindly note that Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education and Henry Ford Health privacy policies do prohibit Henry Ford Health from sharing symposium attendee lists and contact information with any exhibitor or attendee.
