In-Person Caregiver Support Group

Every type of caregiver is invited to join! We welcome everyone over 18 years of age to join the caregiver support group. All members are expected to be respectful of one another and participate.

If no one shows up to the group by 5:45pm, the support group will end, and the facilitator may leave. Please make every effort to be on time. If there is a widespread power outage or dangerous weather, the support group will be canceled.

The Sterling Heights group is located at Henry Ford Medical Center- Sterling Heights (3500 15 Mile Rd, Sterling Heights, MI 48310) and meets the 3rd Monday of the month from 5:30-6:30 pm. This group is facilitated by Carl Fraser, LMSW.

The Allen Park group is located at Henry Ford Rehabilitation - Allen Park (7445 Allen Road, Allen Park, MI 48101) and meets the 3rd Tuesday of the month from 5:30-6:30 pm. This group is facilitated by Bridget Daly, OTRL.
